Cancellation policy
Direct-booking cancellation policy for Netanya Apartments: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% refund between 14 and 7 days, and how to cancel by WhatsApp or email.
Plans change. We try to be fair in both directions: flexible while there is still time to re-let the apartment, firm once there is not. This policy covers stays booked directly with us and forms part of our booking terms.
Standard policy
Unless we told you in writing before you paid that stricter rules apply to your dates:

Days are counted to 15:00 on the day of arrival, Israel time. Example: for an arrival on Friday 25 September, free cancellation ends on Friday 11 September at 15:00.
Holidays and peak dates
For Jewish holidays (Pesach, Shavuot, Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot), for July and August and for other high-demand dates, we may apply a stricter policy — usually a longer free-cancellation window and no refund inside 14 days. If a stricter policy applies to your dates, we tell you in writing before you pay, and that written policy takes precedence over this page.
Changing your dates
Would you rather move your stay than cancel it? Write to us. If the new dates are free we move the booking at no charge, and you pay or receive only the difference in price. A change requested inside the 7-day window counts as a cancellation of the original dates.
Early departure
Nights you do not use after check-in are not refunded. Tell us anyway — if we manage to re-let those nights, we pass the benefit back to you.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel for reasons on our side, you get a full refund of everything you paid, or one of our other apartments instead if you prefer and one is free.
How to cancel
- Send a WhatsApp message to +972 52 660 2644, or an email to liad142@gmail.com, with your name, the apartment and your dates.
- We confirm the cancellation and the refund amount in writing the same day.
- Refunds go back the way you paid, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
