THE HOME · Leviatan
A three-bedroom apartment with a balcony facing the sea, beside Laniado Hospital and Kiryat Sanz
A new apartment on Leviatan Street in north Netanya, two minutes on foot from the sea and beside Laniado Hospital and Kiryat Sanz: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an island kitchen, a sea-view balcony and a laundry room. Up to nine guests. Floor 17 with a lift and a Shabbat lift, parking and a Mamad.
A bright open living room with a large sofa, an armchair and a TV, a round dining table, and a kitchen with an island and three bar stools, an induction hob, a coffee machine and a big fridge. The balcony faces the sea, with a lounge corner and a table — the sunset is visible from the sofa.
Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (one made of two single beds pushed together); one of them has a window onto the sea and an en-suite shower room. Three extra single mattresses — up to nine guests. Two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower. A laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. TVs in the living room and the bedrooms, air conditioning.
The street is in the north of Netanya: the sea is two minutes on foot, Laniado Hospital and Kiryat Sanz are right beside, and Kikar HaAtzmaut is about fifteen minutes' walk along the promenade. The apartment is on the 17th floor of a building with a regular lift, a Shabbat lift and parking. A Mamad — a reinforced safe room — is inside the apartment.

GOOD TO KNOW
Questions guests ask before booking
Are the apartments suitable for Shabbat? Is there a plata and an urn?
Yes. The central apartments — the Ussishkin rooftop apartment, the Nitza Street apartment and the Dizengoff 9th-floor apartment — are a short walk from synagogues in central Netanya; for the Archi Sherman Street apartment in the south of the city, send the synagogue you need for a realistic walking time. A Shabbat hot plate and hot-water urn can typically be arranged — mention it in the booking request to confirm what is already in the apartment and how entry works on Shabbat.
Is there a Shabbat elevator?
It depends on the building, and it is one of the first things we settle with you. The Ussishkin rooftop apartment is in a building with an elevator; for the others we confirm the floor, the elevator and whether it runs in Shabbat mode before you book, rather than guessing on a listing page. Tell us if stairs are a concern and we will give you the exact details for the apartment you are considering.
Is parking available?
The Archi Sherman Street apartment and the Nitza Street apartment both have free parking on the premises. For the others, ask us — if you are arriving by car, tell us and we will confirm the parking before you book. Central Netanya and the seafront are walkable, so many guests do not need a car during their stay.
Are children welcome, and can we get a baby cot or high chair?
Absolutely — most of our guests are families. A travel cot and a high chair can typically be provided on request; mention it in the notes of your booking request and we will confirm availability. The Archi Sherman Street apartment has two single beds in the second bedroom and a playground beside the building; the Ussishkin rooftop apartment's terrace is walled, but children should be supervised outdoors and on balconies.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered case by case rather than by a blanket rule. Add the pet type and size to the booking request to confirm whether the selected apartment can accept it and whether an extra cleaning fee applies.
Is there a Mamad (protected room) or a shelter?
Mamad availability is listed clearly on each apartment page. Where present, it is a reinforced safe room inside the apartment itself, and the arrival information explains where it is and how it works.
Is there air conditioning?
Air-conditioning details are listed on each apartment page. At the Nitza Street apartment, every bedroom is air-conditioned, and any listed air conditioning is included in the price.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Every stay includes fresh bed linen made up before you arrive and bath towels for each guest. The Ussishkin rooftop apartment also provides beach gear — beach towels, chairs and an umbrella; for the other apartments, ask us about beach towels when you book. For longer stays, a mid-stay change of linen can be arranged on request.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi availability is listed on each apartment page. Where provided, it is included at no extra cost and suitable for everyday browsing, video calls and remote work.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is typically from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. When the apartment is free the night before or after, an earlier arrival or a later departure is often possible — ask and we will confirm. For Shabbat we are flexible: arrival before candle-lighting on Friday, and departure after Shabbat ends when the calendar allows.
Can we arrive late at night?
Yes. The Ussishkin rooftop apartment has a lockbox for self check-in, so arrival is possible at any hour; at other apartments, entry is arranged in advance. Late arrival after an evening flight is usually no problem — send the expected arrival time to receive clear instructions on WhatsApp.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with your booking, before any payment is taken. As a rule, the earlier you cancel the more is refunded; for peak dates (Jewish holidays, July–August) stricter terms may apply. Confirm the exact terms for your dates before booking.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
No payment is taken until availability is confirmed. Once confirmed, a secure payment link is sent and the full amount of the stay is paid at that point — there is no separate advance and balance. Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪). For some apartments a refundable security deposit may be requested and returned after the stay.
How do I book directly, and why is it cheaper?
Choose dates on the apartment page and send a booking request, or message on WhatsApp. Availability is checked before a secure payment link is sent.
Which apartment is right for my group?
Pick by the one thing you want most. The Nitza Street apartment (3 bedrooms, up to 8) is the one on the sand — the beach entrance is at the foot of the building. The Dizengoff 9th-floor apartment (3 bedrooms, up to 9) has a hot tub on a balcony facing the sunset. The Ussishkin rooftop apartment (2 bedrooms, up to 6) has a rooftop terrace of its own and the city centre on foot, without a car. The Archi Sherman Street apartment (2 bedrooms, up to 5) is the quiet one for a young family, with free parking and a playground beside the door.
Where exactly are the apartments?
The collection spans selected Netanya locations: the Ussishkin rooftop apartment on Ussishkin Street in the city centre, the Nitza Street apartment on the seafront, the Dizengoff 9th-floor apartment near Kikar HaAtzmaut, and the Archi Sherman Street apartment in a newer residential tower in the south of the city. The exact address is shared with your booking confirmation; send the synagogue, hospital or family address you need to be near for a realistic walking time.
How far is Laniado Hospital?
The apartment is on Leviatan Street, beside Laniado Hospital and Kiryat Sanz — a short walk. The exact address is shared after booking.
How do nine people sleep?
Three bedrooms with a double bed each (six), plus three single mattresses.
